The Paddle Project was founded by Aaron Reznik and Matt Slowinski, two close friends from Montclair, NJ who turned their love for tennis into a love for pickleball, and co-founded Montclair Pickleball to serve New Jersey with high level instruction and events, and The Pickleball Clinic to serve the pickleball universe with content and community.

Previous Charity Work

Aaron and Matt have started and supported multiple charity initiatives since 2020, including founding “Rackets for Africa”, an organization that donated tennis rackets to villages in Ghana and organized free clinics for locals. Their full list of charity initiatives include but are not limited to:
